November 2020 Update


It's been a while hasn't it ? We do hope this message reaches you in a good space within yourself despite the challenges this year has presented. Hey, we're all subject to the ebbs and flows of daily life at the best of times so undoubtedly the last 6 months have had some deeply reflective moments, days or even weeks?

Well there is some seriously good news at last with restrictions easing as it means that finally reopenning the studio is less than a week away.

In fact the scheduled date for classes to commence is 6am on Monday November 16 and we can't wait to share the space with you as part of our beautiful yoga community again. Inevitably we've made changes in the timetable and the format of classes as it is essential we comply with government regulations. Perhaps the most significant at present is the degree of social distance required in Victorian Yoga studios with only 1 student allowed per 8 square metres, a maximum of 10 per class and total of 20 people overall under the one roof at all times . Thanks to our unique setting we are incredibly blessed as the multiple practice rooms and ample floor space make it possible to comply and so we're good to go !



The timetable is now up on the website and thanks to the amazing support and enthusiasm from our wonderful teachers we're really pleased to be able to start up with 22 class times per week on offer .

However due to the limited numbers allowed in our first week back all class attendance requires pre booking and so we must ask you to adhere to the following process please :

How to Book

  1. Purchase a single session or multipass on our website ( there are currently just four pass options)

  2. Check availability of your desired session times on the website timetable (once max number is reached it will say "Full" )

  3. Send an SMS to Tracy on 0423 946 957 with your full name, the type of pass you have purchased and the class type, times and dates you're wishing to book

You will receive confirmation via text as quickly as we are able.


Please note due to the limited numbers we will be requiring 24 hours notice of cancellations and rescheduling and thank you in advance for your understanding.

Current restrictions mean that the above booking requirements will apply indefinitely for beginners and led classes but are only necessary until Nov 22 for mysore sessions ... ie as of Nov 23 you can attend mysore classes without prebooking and arrival time is more flexible as long as you allow enough time to complete your practice within the mysore window.

For all classes you need to be arriving independently equiped as we are not permitted to share items such as mats, blankets or kitchen area etc at present.

Please be sure of course to follow all the standard protocols which no doubt have become second nature to you now and observe signage on arrival to be double sure.

Also it is imperative at present to depart the studio within or at the conclusion of the advertised session time . This will enable us to clean the space in between sessions and prevent students crossing over . In other words for the time being at least , sadly , there can't be any hanging around enjoying the ambience after class ... Sorry.
