In 2014, the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne in Australia was lucky enough to host David Swenson, long-time Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and teacher. During his time with us, David gave a series of interviews (interview & video courtesy of Darius Devas of Being Films, who is also a dedicated regular at our Centre).
The first one tells how he got into Yoga and the locals' reactions to seeing him and his brother practicing in the park: "We're breathing and stretching - please don't shoot!"
