Our Shala is a beautiful and tranquil space.  Used several times a day by those practicing yoga, it hums with their energy long after they have gone home.  Huge windows spill natural light into the main studio, making it a creative, reflective, energy-filled space.   

 

With three studios, a working kitchen and spacious communal areas, our Centre is an ideal venue for a wide variety of classes, workshops and community events. In the heart of Fitzroy, we are easily reached by public transport and offer a wealth of cafés, shops and  amenities on our doorstep.

Dancers, acrobats and circus artists will appreciate the real wooden floor and high ceiling of our main studio. The light will also appeal to photographers and event organisers. Our second studio, which can be divided into two smaller rooms by an operable wall, offers intimate spaces for smaller classes or solo/duo rehearsals.

The generous communal area offers changing facilities, a working kitchen with dining table, and a breakout area warmly decorated with fresh flowers, carpets and tapestries. Practice mats are available for floor-based exercise.
