Service Description

A class suited to anyone interested in trying out Ashtanga Yoga with a view to potentially learning the system or just keen to have a spontaneous practice session for the fun of it ! If you are a complete yoga novice remember even the most accomplished practitioners at some point attended their very first class ..  This could be yours ! These classes are also a good option if you have been dabbling in different yoga methods and are yet to give Ashtanga a try . In short, everyone is welcome!
