"Join me in the newly refurbished St Andrews Hall, for a ten week term as we experience the many benefits of yoga. Classes will be based around the classic Ashtanga Yoga system, which synchronises yoga postures in a movement and breathing sequence. This combination increases core strength, flexibility & lung capacity while steadying the mind and releasing accumulated stress.
Classes will include warm-up exercises, deep breathing, a balance of easy, challenging and restorative postures, and a guided relaxation. Students at all levels will be catered for & beginners to yoga are most welcome.Hope to see you there." Greg
