Simon Borg-Olivier

Dates: Fri 5 March 2010 - 7 March 2010

About the workshop:
In the Sutras of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga, only one sentence describes what to do in physical yoga: ‘Sthira Sukham Asanam’, which means ‘be firm but calm’. In this workshop, Simon explains the essence of what Sri K Pattabhi Jois intended his students to follow in order to succeed in practicing Ashtanga vinyasa yoga with strength and stamina as well as grace and relaxation. Simon uses simple language and accessible techniques to teach what it takes most experienced Ashtanga vinyasa yoga practitioners years to discover in their own bodies.
