Bookings are required for courses with fees payable upon registration.
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic practice; dress in light comfortable clothes and
expect to get hot.
We prefer that you don’t drink during practice, so stay hydrated all day.
Come to class with an empty stomach.
Please tell the teacher about any injuries or if you are pregnant.
Mats are available for use, and to purchase, at the studio.
If you have your own mat please bring it along especially if you are inclined to sweat heavily.
