An
instructed class based on the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series.
Completion of an intro
2 course or some previous Ashtanga yoga
experience is recommended.
mysore
style
(self practice)
The method still
used in Mysore, India, today. You will be practising
at your own pace (knowledge of the sequence is necessary)
and
will be introduced to new postures as your practice develops.
You will receive hands-on attention and individual refinement
in
this class. Please bring a towel.
Tuesday
to Friday 6.30am - 9.30am
are continuous Mysore classes:
as you are practising independently you are welcome to
arrive any time. There will be no instructor after 9.30am,
but you
are welcome to finish practise at your leisure.
